While Design Director at Chiat/Day we created the 79th Oscars campaign. The final poster printed for the 79th Oscars. The trophy was shot by Albert Watson, and placed in front of famous quotes of previous award winning movies. The quotes are set in the original typeface to help give a clue what era/movie they are from. One key element of the campaign was strategic media buys and placement of quotes to tie into the surrounding environments.
