Role: Design Director, TBWA\Chiat\Day

As Design Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Erik worked alongside another creative team while leading his design team in the execution of JBL's Destination Anywhere Tour, an integrated campaign designed to connect with music fans by blurring the line between a traditional concert tour and everyday listening experiences.

Working closely with his design team, Erik guided the development of the campaign across a wide range of touchpoints, including transit advertising, out-of-home, event merchandise, product literature, environmental graphics, and promotional materials. City buses in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and other major markets were transformed into touring vehicles, while concert-inspired collateral reinforced the illusion of a nationwide music tour.

A separate digital team at TBWA\Chiat\Day extended the campaign online with an interactive website inspired by the same creative direction, allowing users to explore products through a virtual road trip built around a well-traveled guitar case. Together, the physical and digital experiences created a cohesive campaign that invited consumers to discover JBL wherever music naturally happens.
